Keeping this background in view, All India Senior Citizens' Forum has been formed for promoting the welfare of the Aged people to lead a healthy, happy, prosperous and dignified life.

AISCF has been registered under Societies Registration Act 1860. We are fortunate enough that Justice Vijender Jain, former Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court, and former Chairperson State Human Rights Commission Haryana & Uttarakhand and Padam Shree Surender Sharma, famous National Poet are guiding the activities of the Forum as Life President and Executive President respectively. Besides, Sarvshri R.S. Gupta, IPS (Retd.) former Commissioner of Delhi Police, S.K. Jain, former Special Commissioner, Delhi Police and former Member Public Grievances Commission Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Ram Kumar, former Chief General Manager, PNB and N.K. Jain, Managing Direcor, COSCO are helping as Senior Vice-Presidents. Mr. Nand Kishore Jamdagny, an advocate and former President, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Delhi is acting as General Secretary and assisting in catering to the needs of the elderly in all possible ways.
